The clubs are run by staff employed by Otter Valley Federation and standards are monitored by senior leaders and the Governing Board.

The service falls under the schools existing Ofsted regulations as an extended service of the school and is open to school age pupils Reception Rangers +.

School policies apply to these extended services.

Breakfast Club: runs 7:45am-8:45am, breakfast included. £4.00 per session, (first child), £3.50 per session (siblings).

After School Session: runs 3:30pm-5:30pm, snack included. £8.00 per session (first child), £7.00 per session (siblings).
