Hot school lunches are provided by Devon Norse Ltd. The lunches are cooked in our school kitchen. The menu works on a 3-week rotation. Every 6 months the 3-week menu is changed.

Food Suppliers
Devon Norse are passionate about great West Country produce and are proud to work with a number of local suppliers.
Meat is British Farm Assured from a local butcher and sausages are made to Devon Norse’s own recipe. Fresh fruit, vegetables and salads in season are used as far as practicable, locally sourced by Devon Norse’s suppliers. All potatoes and many of our other vegetables are grown in Devon too. Dairy products are sourced in Devon & Somerset.
Eggs are all free range and conform to the ‘Lion Mark’ code of practice. Devon Norse has been awarded a prestigious ‘Good Egg’ Award.
Free School Meals
All children attending Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 are offered a free school meal as part of the Government’s Universal Free School Meals for Infants programme. If you receive a benefit that gives entitlement to ‘Free School Meals’, please apply for this through the Devon County Council Citizen Portal. If you are eligible the school can also get additional funding for your child. If you are not able to access the portal online then please phone the Customer Service Centre on 0345 155 1019 and an up to date application form will be posted to you.
